Exchange and Return Policy
Returns
- Due to the nature of perfume oils, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. If you encounter any issues within 3 days of receiving your order, please contact us with a clear reason for your concern, and we will work with you to resolve it to the best of our ability
- If a product has a manufacturer defect, it can be returned or replaced even if the packaging has been opened
- An email notification will be sent upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
- Refunds are approved or rejected based on the condition of the item
- Approved refunds will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchanges
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete an exchange
- Items must be in good condition, unused and in their original packaging

- Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For any items to be returned, a customer must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure delivery
- Delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on location
- After providing photo evidence of delivery to the designated porch or address, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package, including any subsequent issues or damages, under the assumption of having adequate insurance coverage
