Order Cancellation
Oudspot.ca reserves the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to payment rejection, price or stock changes, orders that do not meet the terms and conditions of the e-shopping site, incorrect delivery address or contact details, or situations where the customer cannot be reached.
If you want to cancel an order, you must do so before the product is shipped, or if we are unable to deliver the product(s) within ten working days from the date we confirmed your order.
